Art & Experience

Integrated Visions is the collaborative art practice of Michelle Penland Dodson and Bryan Dodson, blending fine art, immersive visual work, and audio-visual experiences. Together they create work that spans large-scale installations, projection art, and studio-based forms, inviting audiences into layered worlds of form, motion, and sound.

What is Projection Mapping?

Projection Mapping or 3D Video Mapping is a projection technique that can turn almost any surface into a dynamic video display. Specialized software is used to warp and mask the projected image to make it fit perfectly on irregularly shaped screens and surfaces. When done right, the end result is a dynamic projection installation that transcends ordinary video projection.

Our art transformed into Wearables

In addition to paintings, audio-visual and immersive projects, our work has evolved into wearable and functional pieces created under Integrated Visions. Original paintings and drawings are translated into garments and everyday objects, carrying the same visual language and intention as our paintings and immersive works. This allows the work to move from shared public experience into a more personal, lived relationship with art.
